Too many people are editing the same Google Sheet
The problem is that you are handing everybody the whole file, and a file only has one setting: whoever can see it can change all of it. PaprPlain gives each person a screen instead. The counter staff get the orders and nothing else, the supervisor gets the board of jobs, and you get the lot — and none of them can see what things cost you unless you want them to. You decide who can change things and who can only look, every change is written down with a name and a time, and if two people save at once nobody quietly overwrites anybody. It works out to ₹1,999$22 a month for up to ten people, all in.
