A project is one connected business — customers, orders, stock, payments, jobs and staff together. A workspace is a whole separate business. Almost everybody needs one of each. Roles begin at Team; on Solo you are simply the Admin. On Solo and during a trial, shared links, printed invoices and chart images carry a small “Created with paprplain” line.
