How do I find out who changed a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet can usually show you what the whole file looked like last Tuesday, which is almost never the question you have. The question is who changed this customer's credit limit, and when, and what it was before — and for that you end up scrolling through a timeline hoping to spot it. In PaprPlain the history lives on the row itself. Open any record and it tells you what changed, when it happened, who did it, and what the value used to be. Notes work the same way: a correction is added underneath rather than replacing what was there, so nothing quietly disappears. And an Admin can read one list of everything that happened across the whole business.
On the row itself
Open the record. What changed, when, who, and what it used to be. Nobody can take a copy that has no history, because there are no copies. How data is handled.
