### Is PaprPlain an Airtable alternative for a small business?

For the common case, yes. Most small businesses do not want a database they have to design — they want the file they already keep to become something their team can use without breaking it. PaprPlain reads that file and builds the workspace: connected tables, screens, totals that keep themselves right, and checks that stop wrong entries. Where Airtable charges per seat, PaprPlain charges for the whole business, from ₹599 a month.

### Can I move from Airtable to PaprPlain?

Yes. Export your tables from Airtable as CSV and bring them in, the same as any other file — it works out what each column holds, which column identifies a row, and which lists point at which. Automations and interface layouts live outside the data, so tell us what they did and we will set up the equivalent with you on the call.

### Why is PaprPlain not priced per seat?

Because per-seat pricing quietly punishes the thing we want to happen. If adding the counter staff to your workspace costs money every month, they do not get added, and the records go back to being one person's job with everybody else sending photos on WhatsApp. A plan covers the whole business: ₹1,999 a month for up to ten people, and unlimited people on the ₹5,999 plan.
